Sean works with only a small amount of coaching clients per year. Before making a final decision, we find it’s best to have an introductory call with Sean, so that he can help you determine what services might best suit your company’s needs. He will be able to help with clarity on this call to ensure that he is a good fit for your situation. 


STEP 3: Secure the date.

If both parties agree that we are a good fit for each other, our team will send you Sean’s Coaching / Training agreement, and initial invoice. (Sean requires a deposit to secure coaching services or training engagements.


STEP 4: Training Prep Call

Once you have secured Sean for your training, we will schedule a customization call between Sean and yourself or your executive team, so that Sean can tailor your program to best suit your needs. In this step, Sean will also discuss any necessary preparation needed prior to the start of your training.
